Course Information
Course: Physical Load Planning
Sports training is considered one of the most important sciences in the field of sports, as it deals with training standards, their structure, and regulation. Any mistake, oversight, or lack of awareness regarding these standards can lead to an athlete's inability to continue training, hinder the development of physical and technical skills, and often result in injuries.
Therefore, anyone interested in embarking on the adventure of studying training science to become a confident coach, especially in the area of physical fitness, must understand that many challenges lie ahead. They will need to contribute to the development of athletes and others by enhancing their physical, motor, and health capabilities.
